Returns on Catalog Items

We have a 14-day return policy for catalog items only, which means you have 14-days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your catalog item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, free of odor, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you must contact us at support@omnitinker.com. You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Original shipping fees WILL be deducted from your transaction amount even if the original item purchased was labeled free shipping.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns / Exchanges on Custom Items

Due to the nature of custom items, unless the item(s) arrive damaged or defective (while still in its original packaging), we will be unable to process an exchange on said items. As all custom items are made to your specification and preference, we are unable to process a refund on said items as we cannot restock or redistribute items based on your personalized request.

Note: Exchanges for custom items will be the exact same item as specified in your exchange order request.  We will not be able to process an exchange for alternate colors, styles, changes of design, and/or sizes.

Damages and issues

All Omni Tinker products are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship. Should an item be claimed to be defective within 10 days of receiving the item, we will repair or replace the product if it is deemed defective at the time of arrival.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Any items claimed to be defective after 10 business days will not be accepted for replacement/exchange.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges (catalog items only)
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return for catalog items only, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
